„RoboCop (1987)“ ab März 2022 im 4K Steelbook & als Limited Edition (UK)

Arrow Films veröffentlicht auf dem englischen Markt im März 2022 den Actionfilm „RoboCop (1987)“, mit Peter Weller, Nancy Allen, Ronny Cox und Kurtwood Smith, in einer 4K Steelbook Edition (2 4K UHDs) und einer Limited Edition (2 4K UHDs).
Im Rahmen dieser Veröffentlichung wird eine 4K-Restaurierung des Films vom Original Kameranegativ von MGM genutzt (2013), welche von Regisseur Paul Verhoeven genehmigt wurde.
Der Film liegt hier sowohl in der Kinofassung als auch im Director´s Cut vor. Zu den technischen Spezifikationen gehören HDR10, Dolby Vision sowie eine englische Dolby Amtos und DTS-HD Master Audio 2.0 Tonspur.
Über einen deutschen Release ist bislang nichts bekannt.
